Lao Village, Fairfield NSW

A favourite with the locals – a dingy Laos restaurant nestled within Fairfield, a block away from the train station and across the road from the local RSL. You arrive here not for the ambience, the service or the atmosphere, but you’re here for the food and value for money! $50 will cover a group of 4-5 people easily, that’s around $10 per head! Keep your eyes peeled as the small restaurant is down a small side street and can be easily missed.

Packed full of flavour, crunchy texture and refreshing taste. A great light and flavourful salad for dinner.

Who doesn’t love pickled chicken feet? Oh… a lot of people. I say, don’t think about it, and just eat it! Again, the texture and flavours are strong, aromatic and tasty.
