Who wants to attend a Master Class with the contestants from this year’s reality hit tv show – Master Chef Season 2?! Me! Me! Pick me!
The event was to raise money for the Novita Children’s Services, towards Adele’s Creative Kitchen for Kids and what a success it was! My friends and I were fortunate enough to secure tickets and attend the Master Chef Master Class located in the Adelaide Hills – Bird in Hard winery where 6 of the contestants took turns in preparing their own canapé whilst talking and interacting with the guests present. We were treated to a canapé degustation with matching wines, each dish appearing after each demonstration.

Absolutely divine! Plump, juicy scallops with a hit of lemongrass and lime salt to pack a punch of flavour. I wanted more, and more, I did not get. Recipe here

Finished the night off rubbing shoulders with the MC chefs and binging on amazing ham!
