Who wants to attend a Master Class with the contestants from this year’s reality hit tv show – Master Chef Season 2?! Me! Me! Pick me!

The event was to raise money for the Novita Children’s Services, towards Adele’s Creative Kitchen for Kids and what a success it was! My friends and I were fortunate enough to secure tickets and attend the Master Chef Master Class located in the Adelaide Hills – Bird in Hard winery where 6 of the contestants took turns in preparing their own canapé whilst talking and interacting with the guests present. We were treated to a canapé degustation with matching wines, each dish appearing after each demonstration.

Master Chef contestants who took part of this great cause: Alvin Quah, Jonathan Daddia, Marion Grasby, Adele Frangito, Claire Winton Burn and Skye Craig (listed in order of appearance).

Alvin’s seared scallops with lime and lemongrass salt paired with Honeysuckle Riesling.
Absolutely divine! Plump, juicy scallops with a hit of lemongrass and lime salt to pack a punch of flavour. I wanted more, and more, I did not get. Recipe here
