It’s lunch, and we’re hungry… starving marvins as P would put it! P and I just had a work out and it’s time to get some much needed tucker. To not undo all our hardwork, we try to opt for a light option at Cafe Air.
Mountain Fresh: apple and guava juice, $3.70; Air chips with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce (small)
Heh… not exactly a smart, healthy or light choice, but oh so crisp and golden and delicious! And hey, it’s a vegetable too! SHH, let me be in denial. Heh.
Lepinja: grilled chicken with bacon, parmesan, lettuce and caesar dressing; $15.50
Thai beef salad: roast beef sirloin with Asian salad and Chris’ Thai dressing; $18.50
The lepinja was very tasty, crunchy bread, moist chicken, crunchy lettuce and creamy caesar dressing! Delish. This would have gotten extra points if there was some avo in it! 🙂
The salad had lovely textures, a nice crunch and beautiful dressing. Super light yet filling.
