I told you I’d be back! C and I caught up for dinner at the Treasury with a scoopon in hand, same one as last. 😛
We started the night off in the Bar area of the restaurant, the bar is small and cozy with bright red walls, dark floor boards and dim lighting. The front bar is brightly lit whilst the seating/booth area is dark with light emitting from candles on the tables and by the window. I thought it gave off a very ‘Harry Potter’ vibe with the lighting, colours and whimsical choice of decor pieces – vintage-esque 3 candle holder, red material draped by the window, big wooden booths with red cushions and a very pretty oval-shaped mirror with a gold decorative frame.

Apple martini and Berry Bellini
I pretty much got the same plates from the previous visit cause it was so good the first time, I had to have it again! 😛
King scallops with caramelised apple, walnut & cos; $16.90
House smoked salmon with green beans, cherry tomato, white anchovy & vincotto; $15.90
Fish of the day – barramundi with pumpkin puree and salad
The scallops were just as good as the first time, and this time, they were all of the same size! 🙂 C loved her salmon as well and both were happily devoured. Omnomnom. As for mains, I opted for the fish (again), but this time, served with a pumpkin puree and salad. The fish was just as delightful as the first time (slightly smaller from my previous visit but in hindsight, perfect portion for me!) and the pumpkin puree was delicious! Sweet, velvety smoothness. .< Our side of beans were perfect. Seasoned well with salt and olive oil, bringing out the natural sweetness of the beans, thumbs up all around!
We finally reach the end of meal, each with an affogato in hand. Just the right amount of sugar dosage to end a delightful meal with fantastic service and awesome company!
Value: 5/5 <== thanks to the scoopon 😉
