Cafe Mykonos, North Adelaide [Closed]

Another post, another deal and another dinner date with N! 🙂

$39 for a massive Greek feast + wine for two! Dine on a delicious mixed seafood and meat platter plus enjoy a glass of Wolf Blass wine each!

Interior, wall with lots of messages and autographs.

We arrive, get seated and start on the wine; it didn’t take long for the huge platter to come out (good thing too, cause I was starving)!

cafe mykonos, mixed platter
Wine and mixed platter (serves two): fish, prawns, calamari, scollops, yiros meat, lamb souvlaki, lamb chops and loukaniko served with greek salad and chips; $98.00

Platters are great, you get a bit of everything; now, if only my belly could accommodate everything! Sadly not. The food was okay and seasoned well; enjoyable meal although slightly on the ‘meaty’ side for me. Don’t think it’s worth the $98.00 that it is priced at though. Any suggestions for amazing Greek food readers? 🙂

I’ve heard Taverna on Jeffcott is good. Been on my ‘Try’ list for awhile.
