The spicy chorizo had a lot of heat and kick perfectly paired with the smooth and creamy mash; a good crunch from the rocket and a sweet end note with the fig balsamic dressing. A huge hit with our table! A great start to dinner.
Gnocchi di Spinaci Potato gnocchi with baby spinach, sun-dried tomato, pancetta, basil and garlic blended in a cream sauce and topped with shaved parmesan; $19.50 (entree size)
A very creamy and rich gnocchi. A nice flavour combo with sun dried tomato, pancetta, basic and garlic but not enough to cut through the heaviness of the dish.

We all ordered entree sized pastas and couldn’t even finish either of them! Generous servings, friendly service and great ambience. The restaurant was packed out on Friday night so I suggest bookings are in order if you want a seat at Parisi’s! I did manage to steal a few glances of other peoples mains and the serving sizes were HUGE. It looked good too!
