Really fresh, simple and clean burger – a nice change from the decadent and calorific burgers with cheese, bacon and sauces. Initially, I had a feeling I wouldn’t enjoy the shizzle burger with the absence of cheese, but what do you know, I actually really enjoyed it. Clean flavours with a welcomed crunch from the lettuce and zing from the red onions. A ‘healthier’ option from the Burger Theory truck… or at least, that’s what I kept telling myself.
No more of these shizzle burgers available but you
might wanna should give the #4 burger a whirl – available for the next two weeks. Get onto it! I cannot wait to sink my teeth into the Ankles burger: crispy salami chips, jack cheese and housemade dijonnaise! Looks like a few more gym sessions will be on the cards to burn the Ankles burger off! >.<
