So this is a bit embarrassing… some cheesy snaps at the CheeseFest from “last year” (hello 2015!)… better late than never right guys?!
It won’t be long til the next one and I’m already licking my lips thinking about it. 🙂
CheeseFest 2014 was held at Rymill Park / Murlawirrapurka (opposite Est Pizzeria) in late October with a one day entry priced at $15 and a two day pass at $25.

Fresh mozzarella platter
This was a major highlight of the day! The Foodland mozzarella bar tent. Twenty dollars got the stranger and I into the bar where we served a platter with the freshest knotted ball of hand stretched mozzarella ever! Along with the platter were slices of cold meat, fresh tomatoes, basil and crusty white bread… and a beer or glass of wine each! I breathed in as much of the food on the platter as possible cause the stranger had no part in the eating of it as he is lactose intolerant… which begs the question, why did he agree to go to the CheeseFest anyways? Wine… and lots of it! Haha. 😛
